The Classic Orleans

Our family's cherished king cake recipe made its way with us from New Orleans to Fort Collins. We braid the brioche dough by hand and fill with a light brown sugar and cinnamon. A delicate almond glaze and the traditional purple, green, and gold sugars crown each cake, bringing a piece of Mardi Gras to Colorado.

Our king cakes are always made to order and delivered to you fresh. 

As tradition dictates, each cake comes with a tiny baby hidden inside - find it in your slice and you'll be crowned king or queen for the day (and responsible for bringing the next king cake to the party)! Each cake is approximately 8-10" round.
